No, Mindful Writing for Academic Success is about the process of writing and how to create a regular, sustainable, enjoyable writing habit. Based on my experience working for the Academic Ladder (now closed) for over a decade, and my work in faculty development, I’ve developed a process to help you do this that can work for any discipline.
